1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Task Adaptation Of Rooms For Practical Vocational Training Workshops At The Vocational And Continuing Education Center In Mysłowice, Including Construction Works In The Following Scope: A) Adaptation Of Rooms For Toilet Needs And Adaptation Of The Building To The Needs Of People With Disabilities, Including The Construction Of A R B) Adaptation Of Rooms For A Catering Technology And Guest Service Workshop; C) Reconstruction, Renovation And Modernization Of Workshop Rooms Welding; D) Adaptation Of Rooms Into A Logistics Workshop, Including: Demolition Works, Masonry Works, Roof Insulation, Construction Of Electrical Installations, Telecommunications Installations, Ventilation Installations, Central Heating Installations, Water And Sewage Installations, Replacement Of Windows And Doors, Laying Of Floors, Plastering, Painting Walls And Ceilings, Sanitary Works. 2) The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions Of Its Implementation Are Specified In Detail: A) Functional And Utility Program (4 Copies); B) Designed Provisions Of The Contract. 3) If The Order Documents Indicate Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Sources Or Specific Processes Characterizing Products, Materials, Solutions Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Manufacturer Or Standards And Other References Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 Or Section 3 Of The Act, They Should Be Treated As Examples, While The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Materials Or Solutions. Materials, Devices Or Solutions With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required Are Considered To Be Equivalent, And If The Minimum Parameters Have Not Been Specified, It Should Be Understood As Materials, Devices Or Solutions With Similar Parameters, Suitable For The Required Application, Including In Terms Of Identity Of Function, Type And Quality Of Materials And Technical Data.4) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers For The Reasons Specified Below. Subject Of The Order Concerns One Small Building, And The Scope Of All Elements Of The Contract Is Convergent And Coherent In Technical And Organizational Terms. Dividing The Order Into Parts Would Cause Excessive Difficulties In Organizing The Construction Site And Performing Works In The Immediate Vicinity. Due To The Work Being Performed In One Facility, Especially In The Design And Build Formula, It Is Necessary To Maintain The Same Quality Standard. At The Same Time, Awarding The Order To One Contractor Will Limit The Risk Of Non-Performance Of The Order, Which Is Important In The Context Of Co-Financing The Investment As A Whole.
