The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Delivery, Assembly (To The Extent Required For The Given Equipment) And Commissioning Of Equipment For Specialized Teaching Laboratories Of Primary Schools, Including In Particular The Equipment Of A Workshop Workshop, A Digital Language Laboratory And An Interactive Educational Wall, Along With Furniture, Teaching Aids, Computer And Multimedia Equipment, Software And Other Equipment Necessary To Conduct The Teaching Process. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The European Funds For Podlaskie 2021-2027 Program. The Supplied Equipment Will Be Used To Conduct Educational Activities Using Modern Technologies, Supporting The Development Of Students Key Competencies And The Implementation Of The General Education Core Curriculum. The Contractor Is Obliged To: • Deliver Complete Equipment To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. If The Proper Operation Of The Offered Equipment Requires Elements, Accessories, Cables, Handles, Power Supplies, Licenses Or Other Components Not Explicitly Mentioned In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Them As Part Of The Offer Price, Without The Right To Additional Remuneration, • Bring The Equipment To The Indicated Rooms, • Install Elements Requiring Installation And Configuration, • Start The Devices And Check Their Proper Operation, • Provide The Operating Instructions In Polish And Documentation Required By Law, • Provide The Ordering Party With The Necessary Information Regarding Proper Operation And Maintenance Of The Supplied Equipment, • Conducting Training In The Use Of The Supplied Equipment For At Least Five Employees Indicated By The Ordering Party. All The Supplied Equipment Must Be: • Brand New, • Complete And Ready For Use As Intended, • Free From Physical And Legal Defects, • Unused, • Not From An Exhibition Or Demonstration Exhibition, • In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards And Safety Requirements, If Applicable To A Given Type Of Equipment, • Covered By A Warranty For A Period Of Not Less Than 24 Months (In Accordance With The Declaration Submitted In The Contractors Offer). • Have All Legally Required Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity, Markings And Approvals For Use, If Required For A Given Type Of Equipment, • Be Delivered With Instructions For Use And Safety Prepared In Polish Or With Their Translation Into Polish, • In The Case Of Software - Have Legal Licenses Intended For Use In Educational Institutions, Enabling The Use Of All Functionalities Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out Quantitatively And Qualitatively. Readiness For Acceptance Is Deemed To Be The Delivery Of Complete Equipment In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Its Proper Commissioning, If Required.
