1. Part 1 - Delivery Of It Hardware And Software: - Server (1 Pc.) - Nas Server (1 Pc.) - Ups (1 Pc.) - Purchase Of Backup Software (1 Pc.) - Remote Switch (1 Pc.) 1.1. The Supplied Hardware And Software Must Be Free From Legal And Physical Defects And Show No Signs Of Use, Must Have Appropriate Cabling, Power Supplies And All Other Components Ensuring Proper Installation And Use (E.G. Power Cables, Etc.).1.2. The Supplied Hardware And Software Must Be Brand New.1.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Bring, Assemble And Physically Install The Equipment In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, 1.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Connect The Devices To The Existing Technical And Logical Infrastructure Of The Ordering Party.1.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fully Configure The Delivered Devices In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. 1.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Integrate The Devices With The Ordering Partys Existing It Infrastructure (Including The Network, Security Systems And Server Environment), 1.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Activate All Functionalities Of The Offered Solution, Including Security, Backup And High Availability Mechanisms (If Applicable).1.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Test The Correct Operation Of The Provided Solution.1.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Support The Ordering Party In The Technical Acceptance Procedure.1.10.
