Obtaining A Framework Permit, Permit For The Construction Plan And Documentation For The Execution Of The Construction, Including Construction Work Leading To The Provision Of Physical Security And Protection Of The Ministry Of Defense Premises (Improvement Of Technical Guarding, Addition Of Required Technical Means, Modernization Of Existing Security, Retrofitting With Cameras At The Surveillance Entrance Of The Access Point Lom, Barracks And Lighthouse) And Supply And Installation Of The Necessary Movable Property.
