With Aerial Means For The Protection Of Agricultural Crops From Hail In The Following Areas, With A Total Area Of Approximately Six Thousand Four Hundred And Forty (6,440) Square Kilometers -6,440,000 Acres- For The Years 2027-2029 With The Option Of El.Ga.. And For The Year 2030 In The Protection Areas Described Below (Hereafter The Convention Area) • Protection Area Of Central And Western Macedonia (Area 1) Which Includes Parts Of The P.Es Of Pella, Imathia, Pieria, Thessaloniki And Kilkis With A Total Covered Area Of 3,680 Km2 Or 3,680,000 Acres. • Protection Area Of ​​Central Greece (Area 3) Which Includes Parts Of The Pas Of Larissa, Karditsa, Trikala, Fthiotida With A Total Covered Area Of ​​2,760 Km2 Or 2,760,000 Acres. The Duration Of The Contract Is Set At Three (3) Years With Elgas Option For One (1) More Year. The Estimated Value Of The Airborne Hailite Protection Services Contract, Including The Additional Year In The Event Of The Exercise Of The Option By El.Ga.., As Further Described Herein, Amounts To The Amount Of Sixteen Million Four Hundred Thousand Euros (€16,400,000.00) Plus 24% Vat.
