The Delivery Of Obu Season Tickets Totals Huf 228,690,000 Net Of The Base Amount Charged With A Withdrawal Obligation, And A Net Amount Of Huf 98,010,000 Not Charged With A Withdrawal Obligation, I.E. Up To The Total Net Amount Of Huf 326,700,000 Net. The Calculated Quantity Is Approximately 94,600 Pass Rolls In Relation To The Total Net Amount, Detailed In The Technical Description And Public Procurement Documents (Hereinafter: Kd). The Calculated Amount Is Approximately 66,200 In Relation To The Amount Burdened With The Withdrawal Obligation. The Calculated Quantity Is Approximately 28,400, Based On The Amount Not Burdened With The Withdrawal Obligation. The Calculated Quantity Data Were Determined As An Aid To The Pricing Of The Bidder (Hereinafter: At) And For The Sake Of Comparability Of The Offers Submitted By The Bidders (Hereinafter: At), So The Bidder (Hereinafter: Ak) Does Not Undertake To Call For The Calculated Approximate Quantity. Ak Undertakes A Withdrawal Obligation For The Principal Amount. It Is Possible To Use/Withdraw The Amount That Is Not Burdened With A Withdrawal Obligation According To The General Rules For Orders Contained In The Contract, And The Parties Do Not Set Any Other Rules For That - From The Use Of The Basic Amount. The First Order By Which The Base Amount Is Exceeded Is Considered To Be The Use/Withdrawal Of The Amount Not Burdened With The Withdrawal Obligation, Which Does Not Mean, However, That Ak Is Obliged To Use/Draw The Entire Amount Not Burdened With The Withdrawal Obligation. In The Event Of Partial Or Complete Failure To Use/Draw An Amount Exceeding The Basic Amount Affected By The Withdrawal Obligation, The Winning At May Not Make Any Claims For Compensation, Indemnification Or Other Claims Against The Ak.
