The Programming Services Of Cdps And Odx/Odb Represent An Effort For The Ag And Cannot Be Managed By The Company Alone. It Requires That The Framework Agreement Partner Has Dedicated, Suitable Key People Working On Site, Sometimes At Short Notice. At Least Two So-Called Key People (Programmers) Are To Be Offered By The Bidders / Contractors And Used For And At Obs. They Are The Key Personnel Who Have To Work Personally For The Obs.
