Subject Of The Public Contract: Preparation Of An Assessment Of The Compliance Of Investment Projects And Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of A Site: Engineering - Design, Execution Of Smr And Exercise Of Authors Supervision For A Site Road Junction Between Road I-6 With Mladen Stoyanov St. And Vladaisko Ustanie St. This Public Contract Is Related To The Implementation Of Engineering - Design And Construction Of The Site And Is A Consulting Service Under Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Law On Territorial Planning /Zut/ And Related By-Laws, As Well As The Fulfillment Of The Duties Of A Safety And Health Coordinator According To Ordinance No. 2 Of March 22, 2004. For The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions When Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works, Namely: Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Prepared Investment Project, According To Art. 142 Of The Zut; Implementation Of Construction Supervision, According To Art. 168 Of The Zut; Quality Control Of Construction Materials And Products Delivered And Used In The Construction; Exercise Control Of The Quantity And Quality Of The Construction And Installation Works; Monitoring And Documenting All Circumstances Related To Construction. To Fulfill Its Obligations, The Contractor Should Submit Interim Progress Reports To The Employer; Reporting Of Its Activities Through Interim And Final Reports; Fulfilling The Duties Of A Safety And Health Coordinator According To Ordinance No. 2 Of March 22, 2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work During Construction And Assembly Works.
