1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task In The Design And Build Formula, Consisting Of Works Consisting In The Implementation Of The Design And Adaptation And Construction Works In Office Rooms Located On The 2Nd And 3Rd Floor Of The Office Building At Ul. Kolska 12 In Warsaw, Together With The Provision Of Equipment And Supplies In Accordance With The Conditions, Scope And Requirements Contained In The Agreement, Including The Pfu, The Project Prepared By The Contractor And In The Offer. The Contractor Will Prepare And Submit As-Built Documentation At The Time Of Commencement Of The Final Acceptance Of The Task. In Terms Of Furnishing The Rooms Indicated In The Fup, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right (Furnishing Of Conference Room 2 And The Office).2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz.4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Subject Of The Order, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Perform The Order, Does Not Include: 1) Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Items 20 And 252), Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security, 2) An Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Or The Ict Service Or Ict Process Specified In This Decision. If The Contractor Offers The Solution Referred To In Point 1) Or 2) Above, The Offer Will Be Subject To Rejection Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17) Or Point 19) Of The Public Procurement Law.5. Order Completion Date: The Task Implementation Will Commence In Accordance With The Date Referred To In § 2 Section 4 Of The Agreement Template, And The Completion Of All Activities Constituting The Task Will Take Place Within 4 Months From The Acceptance Of The Final Project By The Ordering Party In Accordance With § 2 Section 8 Of The Agreement Template. In Total, The Ordering Party Expects That The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take 25 Weeks. 6. In Cases Where The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicates Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Which Would Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products, This Means That The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Order Using Sufficiently Precise Terms And This Is Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order.
