Vegetables And Fruits Should Be: A) Appearance: Healthy (Without Traces Of Rot And Mold), Free From Pests And Damage Caused By Them, Not Withered, Clean, Undamaged; B) Color: Typical Of The Variety; C) Taste And Smell: Unacceptable Foreign Taste, Aftertaste Or Odor; D) Uniformity: Uniform In The Package In Terms Of Origin, Quality, Size And Possibly The Same Degree Of Ripeness And Development; E) Packaging: The Goods Should Be Transported In Packaging Intended For This Purpose, Made Of Materials Intended For Contact With Food, Undamaged, Not Wet And Clean, Without Traces Of Mold And Foreign Odors.
