: Reduction Of Predatory Mammals In The Natura 2000 Area Plb 280014 Ostoja Poligon Orzysz - Hunting District 198The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Reducing The Population Of Predatory Mammals In The Natura 2000 Area Plb 280014 Ostoja Poligon Orzysz By Shooting Them In The Hunting District No. 198 As Part Of The Project Together For Nature - Protection Of Species And Habitats In Naturally Valuable Areas Co-Financed By The European Funds For Climate And Environment Infrastructure Program 2021-2027. The Following Animal Species Will Be Subject To Reduction: Fox, Raccoon Dog, Badger, Pine And Domestic Marten, American Mink, And Ferret. The Estimated Number Of Individuals To Be Shot Is 125 (Estimated Quantity). The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Options When Implementing The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Will Be Obliged To Order The Contractor To Shoot At Least 80% Of The Number Of Indicated (Estimated) Individuals (Guaranteed Scope Of The Order). The Ordering Party Will Have The Right To Extend The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order To The Extent Covered By The Option, I.E. To Order To The Contractor A Maximum Of 120% Of The Number Of Indicated (Estimated) Individuals (Extended Scope Of The Order). In Justified Cases, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To Introduce Temporary And Insignificant Restrictions On The Scope Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract.
