The Main Objective Of This Public Proposal Is The Purchase Of Hourly Service To Support The Pharmacy, Which Aims To Ensure Continuity In The Preparation And Delivery Of Medications, In Turn Seeking The Replacement Of Medications In The Central And Obstetric Ward, Preparation Of Prescriptions, Customer Service At The New Cdt Pharmacy Window, As Well As Providing Assistance To The Childrens Emergency Service Pharmacy Through The Support Of Technical Service Providers Who Can Collaborate In Said Activities. Parallel To This, Administrative Support Services Are Required To Maintain The Inventory, Order Medicines And Other Support Activities Raised In The Pharmacy, Since, Taking Into Account The Current Institutional Provision, It Is Not Possible To Respond To These Needs And Cover The Demand For All These Services. It Must Be Kept In Mind That Not Having This Service Would Affect The Continuity, Delivery And Quality Of Care Provided By The Different Pharmacy Services To Our Users. Therefore, This Purchase Is Required In Order To Ensure The Delivery, Acquisition, Storage And Distribution Of Medications, Ensuring That The Necessary Drugs Are Always Available. In Addition, Having Rigorous Control Over Inventories And Product Expiration, And Thus Maintaining The Effectiveness Of The Treatments And The Safety Of Patients. Said Service Will Be Performed In The Hospital Facilities, As Detailed In These Administrative Bases And Technical Bases, And According To The Quantities Defined In Annex No. 1.
