The Subject Of The Order In Particular Includes: - Dismantling Of The Pavement Surface 568.24 M2, - Dismantling Of Footbridges And Foundations 53 M3 - Surface Profiling 1,129,000 M2 - Construction Of The Pedestrian Path Surface From Aggregate 577 M, - Construction Of Wooden Steps 85 Pcs., - Construction Of Wooden Footbridges Over The Tanew And Jeleń Rivers - 4 Pcs. (150.69 M). The Scope Of The Task Includes: Preparatory Works, Demolition Works, Earthworks, Surface Works, Foundations, Footbridges, Wooden Structures, Other Works, Finishing Works. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Also Responsible For: 1) Providing Comprehensive Geodetic Services At The Stage Of Contract Implementation And After Its Implementation, Including Performing An As-Built Geodetic Inventory, 2) The Obligation To Carry Out Construction Works Under The Supervision Of An Environmental Scientist And An Ichthyologist.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In: 1) Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Above. Documents: A) Design Documentation, B) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, C) Bill Of Quantities (Supporting Document); 2) Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Contract Template (The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template).3. Additional Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Accompanying And Temporary Works Necessary To Be Performed And Taken Into Account By The Contractor Include: - Organization, Security And Maintenance Of The Construction Site, - Tidying Up The Area Constituting The Construction Site, - Securing Utilities (Water, Electricity), - Carrying Out Industry Tests, Technical And Technological Acceptance, - Ensuring Full And Free Warranty Service During The Warranty Period, - Preparing As-Built Documentation.4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Clean Up The Remains Of Work And Other Waste From His Own Activities (Garbage, Empty Packaging, Used Machine Elements, Etc.) On His Own And At His Own Expense.
