The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Related To The Implementation Of The Obligation Specified In Art. 32 Section 6 And Art. 39 Section 4 And 4A Of The Act Of December 14, 2016 Education Law, Consisting In Transporting Disabled Children Residing In The Jerzmanowa Commune From Home To Educational Institutions And Back, Providing Them With Care During The Transport In The School Year 2026/2027. The Transport Will Take Place On The Route Indicated In The Transport Schedule (Transport Of 12 Children, With An Average Daily Mileage Of 140 Km), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract With The Contractor. Transport Will Take Place On School Days, In Accordance With The Calendar Of The 2026/2027 School Year, I.E. From September 1, 2026 To June 25, 2027, And On Days When The School/Institution Is Obliged To Provide Students With Educational And Care Activities And Days On Which Students Will Make Up For Other Days Exempt From School. Transport And Transport Will Take Place Strictly According To The Schedule Prepared By The Ordering Party. The Carrier Will Adjust The Provision Of Services To The Schedule And Any Changes During The School Year. The Ordering Party Submits To The Contractor The Schedule Referred To In Section 2 Of This Paragraph, By August 24, 2026. In The Event Of A Change To The Schedule, The Ordering Party Will Submit The New Schedule To The Contractor By The 25Th Day Of The Month Preceding The Month Of Service Implementation With Changes. The Number Of Transported Students During The Period Covered By The Contract May Change, And Depending On The Students Place Of Residence, The Route Of Transport To A Given School/Facility May Change. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The List In Terms Of The Number Of Students Or Personal Changes On The List Of Students. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Safety Of Children During Transport To Educational Institutions And On The Way Back To Their Place Of Residence. The Service Will Be Performed With The Contractors Fleet. The Contractor Is Obliged To Adapt The Appropriate Number Of Means Of Transport To The Order In Order To Carry Out The Transport In Accordance With The Timetable And The Number Of Children Using It. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide At Least One Technically Efficient Vehicle, Adapted To Transport Disabled People, Including Those In Wheelchairs, Technically Efficient, Equipped With Certified Safety Equipment, Air Conditioning, Special Markings Enabling The Transport Of A Wheelchair, With A Driver And A Guardian, With A Capacity Of Not Less Than 12 Students, Including Two Students In Wheelchairs. The Number Of Seats In The Vehicle Should Enable Additional Transportation Of At Least Two Students During The School Year During The Term Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Required To Provide Students With Professional Care During Transport By The Contractors Employees, I.E. Mobility Assistance, Nursing Assistance And First Aid, From The Moment The Student Is Picked Up
