The General Objective Of This Consultancy Is To Design, Implement And Evaluate A Pilot Service Quality Survey Using Qr Codes, Applied In A Self-Administered Manner And Assisted With Facilitators To Foreign Tourists Leaving The Country Through The Arturo Merino Benítez Airport, With The Purpose Of Evaluating The Operation Of The Measurement Instrument, The Performance Of The Operational Survey Model, The Capacity Of The Sample Design To Generate Representative Information Of The Target Population And The Quality Of The Information Obtained, Generating Refined Databases And Technical Background That Allow Evaluating The Feasibility Of An Eventual Future Implementation Of This Measurement Mechanism.
