General Procurement Notice for Procurement of Goods, Works, Non-Consulting Services, and Consulting Services for Strengthening Economic Governance and Infrastructure Development Project (SEGID). The project design covers four components: (i) Construction and operationalization of the Ministry of Finance Headquarters; (ii) Enhancing Domestic Resource Mobilization; (iii) Promoting Accountability, Transparency and Combating Corruption; and (iv) Project management. The project will seek to enhance the institutional and operational effectiveness of selected institutions within government through developing legal frameworks, support implementation of new reforms (revenue mobilization strategy, anti-corruption strategy), supporting training and skills transfer, and providing technical assistance, ICT infrastructure, and equipment support.
