Subject Of The Public Order: Delivery Of Work And Special Clothing And Personal Protective Equipment For Employees In The Sites Managed By The Executive Agency Military Clubs And Military - Recreation For Specific Positions The Public Procurement Is Divided Into Four Separate Items As Follows: 1St Specific Position: Territorial Directorate - Sofia 2Nd Separate Position: Territorial Directorate - Sofia Reserved On The Basis Of Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act; 3Rd Separate Position: Territorial Directorate - Plovdiv Reserved On The Basis Of Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act; 4Th Separate Position: Territorial Directorate - Burgas Reserved According To The List Of Goods And Services Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Law On Public Procurement, Adopted By Decision Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs No. 591 Of 18.07.2016, Intended For The Awarding Of Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives To People With Disabilities Or To Businesses Whose Main Activity Is The Social And Professional Integration Of People With Disabilities Or People In A Disadvantaged Position For Specific Positions No. 2 And No. 3. The Complete Description Of The Needs By Type, Technical Characteristics And Quantity, By Specific Items, As Well As The Specific Requirements Are Contained In The Attached Technical Specifications, An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Public Procurement Is Opened Under The Terms Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code. The Contracting Authority Concludes A Contract With The Selected Contractor Under A Condition With A Deferred Performance Clause, As No Financing Has Been Secured. The Contract Takes Effect After Written Notification By The Contracting Authority For Secured Financing. In This Case, Each Of The Parties May Request The Termination Of The Contract Without Notice After The Expiration Of A Three-Month Period From Its Conclusion, Provided That The Contracting Authority Has Not Provided Financing. When, After A 10-Month Period From The Conclusion Of The Contract, Financing Is Not Provided, The Contract Is Considered Terminated.
