The Object Of The Contract Is The Assignment Of The Technical-Specialist Support Service And Technical Assistance To The Structures Of The Municipality Of Taranto, Aimed At Strengthening The Skills Of The Municipal Technostructure Through Structured Coaching Methodologies (Learning By Doing). In Line With The Objectives Of The Approved Project, The Service Is Strictly Divided Into Two Main Lines Of Activity: Activity 1: Specialist Support For The Design, Management And Reporting Of Operations. Line Focused On Operational And Investigative Support To Ensure Coordinated Implementation, Complementarity And Non-Overlap Between Operations Under The 2021-2027 Puglia Pr (Erdf) And The 2021-2027 Jtf Pn (Taranto Pt). Activity 2: Specialist Support In The Activation Of Territorial Partnerships And Communication. Line Aimed At The Implementation Of Stable Participatory Processes, Territorial Animation, Involvement Of Widespread Stakeholders And Development Of An Integrated Communication Strategy Aimed At Enhancing The Transition Process Of The Territory. The Details Of The Services And The Lines Of Activity, The Methods Of Execution Of The Service And The Requirements Of The Working Group Are Analytically Indicated In The Articles. 3, 4, 5, 8 Of The Specifications, To Which Reference Is Made In Full. The Contract Is Tailor-Made.
