The Applicant Wishes To Enter Into A Framework Contract For The Delivery And Sale Of Drum Brake Parts To A Consignment Warehouse For A Total Net Framework Amount Of Huf 45,000,000. The Tenderer Undertakes To Place An Order For 50% Of The Total Amount (Net Huf 22,500,000). During The Term Of The Contract, The Tenderer Intends To Procure A Total Of 995 Products (490 Units And 505 In Set Packaging) Of 40 Types Of Products, Which Is Informational Data. The Drum Brake Parts Can Be Found On The Buses Operated By The Bidder, So The Contract To Be Concluded - In Order To Ensure The Provision Of Bus Passenger Transport And Public Service Activities And The Continuity Of The Supply - Affects The Entire Territory Of The Country. Based On The Needs Arising During The Duration Of The Contract, The Tenderer Is Entitled To Issue Ad Hoc Orders, Several At The Same Time, For Different Fulfillment Locations.
