The Overall Value Of The Contract Is Equal To Euro 2,160,000 Net Of Vat And/Or Other Taxes And Legal Contributions For The 36-Month Period, Divided As Follows: I) Euro 1,800,000.00 Net Of Vat And/Or Other Taxes And Legal Contributions, As The Amount For The Basic Duration Of 36 Months Of The Contract Not Subject To Reduction; Ii) Euro 360,000.00 Net Of Vat And/Or Other Legal Taxes And Contributions, As The Maximum Amount For Any Increases Pursuant To Art. 120, Paragraph 1 Letter. A) And Paragraph 9 Of The Legislative Decree. 36/2023. The Amount Of Security Costs For Interference Risks Is Equal To Euro 0.00 (Zero/00) Since, Pursuant To Legislative Decree. N. 81/2008 And Subsequent Amendments. And The Resolution Of 05/03/2008 Of The A.N.A.C. (Formerly A.V.C.P.), For The Services Covered By This Procedure There Are No Interfering Risks And The Preparation Of The D.U.V.R.I. Is Excluded. The Value Of The Framework Agreement Was Estimated On The Basis Of The Analysis Of Rais Prospective Needs Relating To The Entire Contractual Duration And Taking Into Account The Different Types Of Services Envisaged By The Technical Specifications, As Well As The Methods Of Carrying Out The Interventions Through Professional Teams Composed Of Figures Characterized By Different Levels Of Seniority. The Economic Valorisation Was Carried Out Through A Model Based On Weeks/Fte (Full Time Equivalent), Which Represent The Conventional Unit Of Measurement Of The Design Effort Required For The Execution Of Individual Interventions. The Average Reference Rate Of €10,014.00 Per 1 Fte/Week Will Therefore Be Subject To A Reduction, Determined On The Basis Of The Rates Of The Individual Professional Profiles And The Related Employment Percentages Envisaged For The Different Standard Team Configurations Governed By The Technical Specifications. This Rate Constitutes The Unitary Economic Parameter Used To Valorise The Interventions Requested By Rai Within The Framework Of The Framework Agreement And Was Determined Taking Into Account The Different Compositions Of The Teams And The Different Levels Of Seniority Of The Professional Figures That Compose Them. The Aforementioned Overall Amount Represents A Non-Binding Maximum Spending Ceiling For Rai, Up To Which The Various Types Of Services Covered By The Contract Can Be Commissioned Through The Issuing Of Specific Implementation Contracts. Therefore, Also In Order To Fully Exploit The Advantages Of This Type Of Contract And Mitigate The Risks Of Any Needs Arising That Were Not Previously Planned Or Plannable, The Overall Amount Of The Contract Is Not Subject To A Reduction.
