The Courts Of The Canton Of Aargau Are Looking For One Or More Providers To Introduce A Scanning And Capture Solution. The Subject Of The Tender Is The Provision, Delivery And Introduction Of A New Scanning And Capture Solution, Which Consists Of A Paper Feed And Large Format Scanner, A Capture Service And A Rest Interface. The Scanning And Capture Solution Is Intended To Enable Users Of The Courts Of The Canton Of Aargau (Higher Court, Special Administrative Court, Compulsory Measures Court, District Courts [Including Family Courts/Kesb], Arbitration Authorities And Various Commissions) To Process The Scanning Process In A User-Centered Electronic Way. Important Requirements Are: High Configurability, Traceability Of Data Changes, Revision Security Of Documents, Extensive Evaluation Options, Use Of Digital Signatures And Control Of Legal Deletion Periods. The Aim Is To Create A User-Friendly, Barrier-Free Interface In German That Offers Automated Processes For Intuitive Use In A Collaborative Work Environment. In Order To Achieve The Goal Of A Consistently Digital, Media-Free Process With Electronic File Management In The Judicial File Application (Jaa), A Seamless Integration Of Interfaces Is Also Required.
