Disinfecting And Exterminating Services – Pest Prevention And Control Service Contract For The Municipality Of Majadahonda. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Provision Of The Comprehensive Pest Prevention And Control Service In The Municipality Of Majadahonda, In Accordance With The Technical Prescription Document (Ppt), In Exercise Of The Municipal Competence In Matters Of Protection Of Public Health Provided For In Article 25.2.J) Of Law 7/2013, Of December 27, On Rationalization And Sustainability Of The Local Administration, Which Includes At Least And In Summary The Following Actions: 1.- Control Of Rodents (Including Rattus Rattus - Black Rat), Insects, Arthropod Vectors (Aedes Albopictus - Tiger Mosquito, Hyalomma Ticks), Foci Of Wasps And Pathogenic Microorganisms. 2.- Actions In The Sanitation Network, Approximately 6,671 Wells, Scuppers, Public Lighting, Municipal Buildings, Parks And Public Spaces, Others 3.- Ordinary Annual Interventions, Response To Warnings In 48 Hours (Urgent In 4 Hours), Specific Campaigns, Initial Diagnosis, 10 Annual Training Actions And Epidemiological Surveillance Of Aedes Albopictus And Rattus Rattus - Black Rat 4.- Preparation Of Reports, Other Documents, Meetings. Possible Pest Species Of Birds, Such As Pigeons, Argentine Parrots Or Kramers Parrots, As Well As Phytosanitary Treatments To Prevent Or Control Pests In Plant Species, Are Excluded From The Scope Of This Contract Due To Their Special Environmental Implications. The Procedures Used Must Be Based On The Principles Of Integrated Pest Control Included In The Une-En 16636:2015 Standard On Pest Management Services. Requirements And Competencies, In Order To Minimize The Risks That Their Presence May Pose For Public Health. If The Focus Persists, The Treatment Must Be Repeated Until It Is Completely Eliminated Or Controlled, At No Charge To The City Council.
