Software Package And Information Systems – Delivery And Implementation Of An Hr And Payroll System For The Polish Waters State Water Holding. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Subsequent Implementation Of The Hr And Payroll System At The Polish Waters State Water Farm, Together With Data Migration And Post-Implementation Assistance, As Well As The Provision Of Maintenance Service And Modification Service Implemented Under The Option Right, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) And The Agreement (Appendix No. 10 To The Swz). The Ordering Party Envisages The Following Stages Of Order Implementation: Stage 0 - Project Preparation, Stage 1 - Analysis, Stage 2 - System Construction, Stage 3 - Training, Stage 4 - Production Start, Stage 5 - Post-Implementation Assistance, Stage 6 - Maintenance Service. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Subject Of The Order, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Perform The Order, Does Not Include: A) Ict Products*, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Items 20 And 252), Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security, B) An Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Or An Ict Service, Or An Ict Process, Specified In This Decision. If The Contractor Offers The Solution Referred To In Point 1) Or 2) Above, The Offer Will Be Subject To Rejection Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17) Or Point 19) Of The Public Procurement Law. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit, Together With The Offer Form, A List Of Ict Elements Used During The Execution Of The Order, The Template Of Which Is Annex No. 2C To The Swz. *Ict (Information And Communication Technologies).
