Restoration Work – Lnpca Marseille Rehabilitation Ex Dr. After Cleaning And Asbestos Removal Of The Building As Part Of A Separate Preliminary Works Contract, The Ex Regional Directorate Will Undergo A Rehabilitation Of Its Interior Spaces To Create Tertiary Premises Dedicated To Internal Activities Of The Sncf. These Spaces Will Partly Accommodate The Sncf Entities Relocated From The Plateau Des Abeilles As Part Of The Lnpca Project (Suge, Tgv, Abe). A New Access To The Bus Station Square Will Be Created To Accommodate Staff In Accordance With Safety Rules. The Project Sets Itself The Objective Of Revitalizing The Building Through In-Depth Thermal Rehabilitation And Overall Technical Compliance. This Approach Aims To Reintegrate The Building Into The Capable Spaces Of The Station, In Order To Accommodate The Employees And Activities Necessary For Railway Operations. Around 10,000 M2 Of Floor Space Will Be Rehabilitated.
