Lift-Maintenance Services – Maintenance Of Air Conditioning Equipment On The Territory Of The Maintenance Centers (Cm) Marseille And Nantes. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is The Preventive And Corrective Maintenance (Levels 1 To 4 Of Standard Fd The Fleet Concerned Represents Approximately 1,270 Pieces Of Air Conditioning Equipment (Splits, Multisplits, Air Conditioning Cabinets, Monobloc Air Conditioners) Installed In Sensitive Industrial Premises (Relay Rooms, Telecommunications Rooms, Control Buildings). The Contract Is Divided Into 12 Geographical Lots: 5 Lots For The Network Maintenance Groups Of The Nantes Maintenance Center (Brittany, Poitou-Charentes, Anjou, Atlantique, Sologne) And 7 Lots For The Post Groups Of The Marseille Maintenance Center (Avignon, Bollène, Escaillon, Lingostière, Port De Bouc, Réaltor, Sainte Tulle). Each Lot Is Allocated To A Single Holder; The Same Operator Cannot Be Awarded More Than 3 Lots Per Scope. Candidates Can Position Themselves On One, Several Or All Of The Lots Of Their Choice. The Framework Agreements, Lasting 3 Firm Years (From 01/01/2027 To 12/31/2029) Renewable Twice For 1 Year, Are Concluded With A Financial Commitment Limited To The Volume Of The First Year.
