The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With One Supplier To Ensure Normal And Winter Maintenance Of Roads Ii. And Iii. Classes In The Territory Of The Statutory City Of Ostrava, Incl. Supply Of Material (Except For Road Salt) And Ensuring The Safety Of Road Traffic On These Roads. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 48 Months (4 Years), Starting On 01.05.2027. The Place Of Performance Is The Road Owned By The Moravian-Silesian Region In The Area Of ​​The Statutory City Of Ostrava. Road Ii. And Iii. Classes In This Area And Their Components Incl. Accessories Are Located In The District Of Ostrava, While Their Total Length Is 160.575 Km (Status Valid On The Date Of The Announcement Of The Procurement Procedure, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Scope Of The Provided Service Due To Changes In The Entrusted Sections Of The Road Network - Annex Topography Of Class Ii And Iii Roads In The Territory Of The City Of Ostrava)
