It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Offer Of Bbr 3.0. Ordering Party Provides Contract Regarding Transition In, Further Development, Application Operation, Application Maintenance, Support, Ordering Services And Transition Out. The Bbr System (Building And Housing Register) Is Denmarks Central, Statutory Register Of All Buildings, Housing, Technical Installations And Land. It Functions As A National Basic Data Register And Is Used By Both Public Authorities, Companies And Citizens. The Contract Consists Of The Following 3 Main Services: I. Transition In, Including I.A. A Safe And Stable Takeover Of Application Responsibility For Bbr, Implementation Of E.G. Project Management, Transition Organization, Transfer Of Source Code And Documentation, Implementation Of Technical Transition And Necessary Transformation, Acquisition Of Knowledge From The Releasing Supplier As Well As Establishment Of The Operational Organization, Including Establishment Of Cooperation With The Operating Supplier. Ii. Ongoing Services To Bbr, Including; A. Support, Including E.G. Responsibility For Service Desk, User Administration, Handling Of Incidents, Problems, Service Requests, Early Life Support, Cf. The Operational Processes, To Ensure High Availability For Users; B. Application Operation, Including I.A. Database Operation, Operation Of Middleware, Backup, Restore, Monitoring And Logging, 2Nd And 3Rd Line Support, Configuration, Patch, And Release And Deployment Management, Cf. The Operational Processes, And Operational Reporting With High Requirements For Uptime And Response Times; C. Application Maintenance, Including E.G. Ongoing And Preventive Maintenance Of Bbr 3.0, Minor Changes, New Versions, Bug Fixes, Release Management, Cf. The Operational Processes, Etc. To Support High Requirements For Uptime And Response Times; D. Governance, Including A Close Collaboration With The Operating Supplier, Operational Processes, Security Services, Documentation And Operational Reporting. Iii. Agile Further Development Of Bbr Takes Place According To The Clients Agile Method, Cf. Appendix 4.C In Close Cooperation Between The Parties In Relation To Supporting The Clients Business Goals And Needs. Further Development May Include New Functionality. It Is The Clients Business Need That All Services Are Delivered With High Delivery Reliability And Robustness, And That The Supplier Demonstrates Proactivity In The Collaboration. In Transition In, The Supplier Must Take Over The Application Responsibility For Bbr And From The Transition Day Deliver Ongoing Services, Including, Among Other Things, Application Operation, Application Maintenance Of Bbr And Carry Out Further Development. Bbr Is Part Of The Common Public Basic Data Program, And The Supplier Must Therefore Cooperate Partly With The Other Suppliers Who Supply Other Parts Of The Common Public Basic Data Program, Including The Operations Supplier, And Partly With Users Of Basic Data. It Is Also The Clients Business Needs, I.A. To Give Bbr A Quality Boost In The Form Of Further Development, Which Supports That Bbr 3.0 Appears Reliable, Future-Proof And Safe, So That The Municipalities Also Have A Strong Foundation For A
