Construction Work For Pipelines, Communication And Power Lines, For Highways, Roads, Airfields And Railways; Flatwork – Tender For A Framework Agreement On The Establishment And Expansion Of Rainwater Basins Around Herfølge. This Tender Concerns The Establishment And Expansion Of A Number Of Existing Rainwater Basins Around Herfølge Incl. Associated Sewer Lines As Part Of The Urban Development Of Herfølge Bjergby. This Assignment Is Offered As A Framework Agreement Based On The Sub-Project Moseholmene And The Principals Current Outlined Planning Basis For The Expected Construction Works In Connection With The Urban Development. As The Individual Sub-Projects Obtain Authority Approval And Are Prepared For Execution, Separate Sub-Contracts Under The Framework Agreement Will Be Able To Be Entered Into Within The Term Of The Framework Agreement. Partial Contracts Will Be Entered Into On The Basis Of The Framework Agreements Terms And Within The Framework Agreements Total Estimated And Maximum Value, As Stated In The Tender Notice. The Framework Agreement Can Only Be Used For Works That, According To Their Nature, Purpose And Geographical/Functional Context, Fall Within The Described Task Of Establishing, Rebuilding And Expanding Rainwater Basins With Associated Sewer Lines Around Herfølge. The Framework Agreement Cannot Be Used For Works Which, By Their Nature, Constitute A Different Procurement Than The Tendered One. The Framework Agreement Has A Term Of 4 Years From The Time Of Conclusion Of The Contract Between The Ordering Party And The Winning Tenderer. Partial Contracts Must Be Entered Into Within The Term Of The Framework Agreement, But Partial Contracts Entered Into During The Term Of The Framework Agreement May Have Effect And Be Executed After The Expiry Of The Framework Agreement, To The Extent That This Follows From The Relevant Partial Contract And Does Not Involve A Circumvention Of The Procurement Rules.
