The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Investment Task: Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System In Mały With A Sewage Pumping Station And A Pressure Collector, Including: Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For: Construction Of A Sewage Compressor Station With An Automated Sewage Collection Point In The Town Of Mały And A Pressure Collector Connecting The Village Of Mały With The Town Of Wieleń. The Catchment Point Is To Enable The Discharge Of Sewage Delivered From The Villages Of Mężyk, Biała And Hamrzysko. As Part Of The Task, A Sanitary Sewage Network Should Be Designed Within The Settlement Of Koniecowice, Including Its Connection To The Planned Discharge Sewer Connecting The Village Of Mały With Wieleń. The Compressor Station Should Enable The Inclusion Of The Sanitary Sewage Network For The Village Of Mały, Designed As Part Of A Separate Task. Proposed Location Of The Compressor Station And Automated Sewage Collection Point: Within The Plot No. 376/6 In Małe. The Preliminary And Proposed Route Of The Pressure Sewage Network Is Indicated On The Illustrative Maps Constituting An Annex To The Swz. Estimated Length Of The Planned Sanitary Pressure Sewage Network: 8.1 Km. As Part Of The Design Study, It Is Necessary To Provide For The Sanitary Pressure Sewage System To Be Equipped With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Utilities. Design Works Should Include The Recalculation And Possible Redesign Of The Existing Sewage Pumping Station Located At Wiedzowicieka Street, To Which It Will Be Proposed To Include The Designed Pressure Collector Discharging Sewage From The Village Of Mały. The Project Must Also Include A Sewerage Network With Connections To Built-Up Properties Within The Settlement Of Koniecznowice - On The Planned Route Of The Discharge Sewer. The Length Of The Network May Differ From The One Assumed Above By Approximately +- 15%. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase The Above. Length By Approximately 15%. In The Case Of Undeveloped Properties, Or If The Owner Of The Property Does Not Consent To Design A Connection Within A Given Property, The Connection Should Be Designed Ending With A Sewage Manhole Located At The Property Boundary. The Ordering Party Requires The Design Of Connections After Consultations With The Owners Of Residential Plots And Obtaining Their Written Consents. If It Is Not Possible To Determine The Location (After Attempting To Contact The Owner), The Location Of The Connection Is Determined By The Designer On The Terms Obtained From The Entities Managing The Land, E.G.: State Forests, Voivodeship Roads, District Roads, Pkp, Etc. The Designed Compressor Station Must Ensure The Collection Of Sewage Brought To The Compressor Station Using The Designed Sewage Network From The Village Of Mały (The Sewage Network Within The Village Of Mały Is Designed As Part Of A Separate Task) And The Possibility Of Discharge To An Automated Point Catchment
