Systems Consultancy Services – Εαα-526078_Providing Services For The Planning, Implementation And Operation Of A Digital Environment And The Operational Support Of The Transfer Process Of Fixed Interconnected Users Of The Esmie To The Admie. The Total Estimated Value Of The Contract Amounts To The Amount Of Two Million, One Hundred Thousand Euros (€2,100,000.00), Plus Vat And Is Analyzed As Follows: • €1,400,000.00 Budget Of The Subject Of The Contract, For A Period Of Twenty-Four (24) Months, For The Provision Of Services For The Design, Implementation And Operation Of A Digital Environment And The Operational Support Of The Transfer Process Of Fixed Interconnected Users Esmie To Admie. The Items Budget Amount Is A Bid Ceiling. • Options, With A Total Estimated Value Of Up To €700,000.00, Plus Vat (50% Of The Budget): A) Right To Extend: Admie Reserves The Unilateral Right To Extend The Duration Of The Contract, Up To Twelve (12) Months, With The Same Terms And The Same Unit Prices, With An Estimated Value Of Up To 50% Of The Initial Value Of The Contract And Any Increases Of The Object That Have Been Applied, I.E. Up To A Maximum Of €700,000.00, Plus Vat: - The Total Duration Of The Contract With Or Without A Corresponding Increase In The Physical And Economic Object, And/Or - The Duration Of The Maintenance And Support Period Of The Production Operation (Phase A.2.5), And/Or - The Duration Of The Services Of Workflow B, Beyond The Prescribed Twelve (12) Months, With The Same Conditions And The Same Unit Prices, And/Or B) Right To Increase The Object Of The Contract, Total Estimated Value Up To 50% Of The Initial Value Of The Contract: Admie Reserves, Throughout The Execution Of The Contract, The Right To Increase The Physical Object With The Same Conditions And The Same Unit Prices, To Increase The Services Of P.A.1.1 And P.A.1.2, By Assigning Additional Cases Beyond The Prescribed Hundred Fifty (150). In Case Of Exercise Of The Option For Additional Cases, The Total Duration Of The Execution Of The Contract May Be Extended Accordingly, For A Period Of Time That Will Be Jointly Agreed Between The Parties, In Order To Ensure The Completion Of The Increase Within The New Agreed Period, Which Will Not Exceed The Maximum Time Limit Of The Right Of Extension, Provided For In The Above Paragraph A.
