General Procurement Notice for Consultancy Services for the Project Implementation Support Procurement of Works and Consultancy Services of Aktobe Ulgaisyn Roads Project Description: The proceeds of the Project will be used for (i) the reconstruction and upgrade (from 2- to 4-lanes) of a 234-km road section between the towns of Aktobe and Ulgaysyn in the Aktobe region, from km 763-km 791 and km 819 to km 1025 along M-32 highway, (ii) consultancy services for the project implementation support, (iii) consultancy services for the engineering supervision and (iv) system design and implementation of a digital integrated Road Management System platform (E-Joldar). Estimated Total Project Value 520,600,000,000.00 General Procurement Notice 1. Funding Details The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from/grant administered by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the Bank) towards the cost of the above named project. Additional financing information: The project will be co-funded by loans provided by EBRD and AIIB and grants managed by EBRD. In addition, the Client will contribute to pay all applicable taxes (including VAT). 2.
