Tenders are invited for Provision of Internet Services to the Kuwait Oil Tanker Company. after 30 days at least from the date of this announcement. Every concerned party whose name is not mentioned in the following list may appeal against exclusion or submit a request to participate in the tender supported with the supporting documents to Mr. Chairman of the Higher Procurement Committee for the Tenders of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation and its Subsidiaries within 30 days from the date of this announcement at the HQ of KPC Head Office - Higher Procurement Committee for the Tenders of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation and its Subsidiaries. If the appellant for not being included in the above list submits an appeal/participation request to the Board of Directors of the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, it needs to pay a fee of (250 KD) for appeal/participation requests in exchange for studying the possibility of adding it to that list. Appeal/participation request fees are paid according to a bank deposit receipt into the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation account mentioned below, provided that the appeal fees are returned to the contractor/supplier if its appeal is accepted in form and substance.
