System And Support Services – Operation, Maintenance, Support And Upgrade Of The Digital Platform Of The Digital Tutorial, As Well As The Support Of The Operation Of The Hosting Infrastructures Of The Existing It Infrastructures, Both Those Installed In The Organizations Environment (On-Premises) And Those Hosted In A Public Cloud Environment (Public Cloud). The Object Of The Contract Is The Operation, Maintenance, Support And Upgrade Of The Digital Platform Of The Digital Tutorial, As Well As The Support Of The Operation Of The Hosting Infrastructures Of The Existing Information Infrastructures Of The Iep, Both Those Installed In The Agencys Environment (On-Premises) And Those Hosted In A Public Cloud Environment (Public Cloud). The Scope Of The Contract Is Mainly Focused On: • Architecture Upgrade And Infrastructure Modernization, With The Aim Of Reducing Costs, Increasing Reliability And Improving Performance. • Extend And Automate Ci/Cd Processes To Ensure Consistent, Secure And Repeatable Development And Management Flows. • Integration Of Monitoring, Observability And Logging, To Create A Central Business Picture And Speed Up The Resolution Of Incidents. • Automate Operations And Enhance Security, With Systems That Reduce Human Burden, Enhance Compliance, And Improve The Maturity Of The Overall Ecosystem. • Gradual Transition Of On-Premises Applications And Websites To A Public Cloud Environment. The Project Is Structured In The Following Work Packages: • Pe1 – Operation, Maintenance And Technical Support Services (Phase A): Concerns All The Existing Infrastructure, Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, With Quarterly Service Reports (Deliverables Π1.1 And Π1.2), Which Cover Indicatively: Preventive And Corrective Maintenance, Management Of Updates And Vulnerabilities (Patch Management), Backups And Recovery (Backup/Restore), Monitoring, Alerting, Technical Support For Users And Administrators; Also Includes On-Site Support Services For Twenty-Four (24) Man-Months During The Contract (Deliverables P1.3 And P1.4). Pe2 – Development And Implementation Actions (Phase B): Concerns The Development Of New Functionalities And Innovative Digital Actions, As Well As The Transition Of The Remaining To Old On-Premises Infrastructure Of Applications And Websites Of The Agency — Indicatively Three (3) — And Their Hosting And Maintenance In A Public Cloud Environment, In Two (2) Annual Cycles (Deliverable P2.1, P2.2).
