Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for the Implementation of a Cashless Electronic Ticketing System. 1. The Ministry of Land Transport is proceeding with a Request for Proposals online and is inviting potential local and international Consultancy firms to submit their proposals through the Government eProcurement System for the Implementation of a Cashless Electronic Ticketing System. 2. Request for Proposal Documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: TRANSPORT/IFB/2026/421 3. Proposals must be submitted online on the eProcurement System as per Key Activity Schedule. 4. Consultancy Firm who have submitted proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their proposals as per Key Activity Schedule. 5. Proposals received will be opened online in the presence of the Consultancy firms representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder as per Key Activity Schedule. Bidders who are not registered on the e-Procurement System will have to register on the following website:https://mausign.govmu.org. Bidders will require a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for registration which may be procured from MauSign Certification Authority by applying online.
