Anny Jagiellonki 48 In Gliwice Along With Changing The Heating System To Central Heating. Gas Connections And Separation Of Bathrooms In Residential Premises No. 1, 2 And 4. Scope Of The Order: 1) Renovation Of The Roof Along With Insulation And Insulation Of The Attic And Basement Ceilings; 2) Execution Of A Lightning Protection System; 3) Central Heating Installation. And Liquidation Of Old Solid Fuel Heating Devices;4) Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Internal Gas Installation In The Apartments;5) Separation Of Bathroom Rooms And Renovation Works In Apartments No. 1, 2 And 4;6) Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Internal Water And Sewage Installation;7) Addition And Arrangement Of Chimney Flues In The Building;8) Modernization Of The Electrical Installation In Apartments 1, 2, 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Detailed Terms And Conditions For The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Documentation Technical - Annex No. 1 To The Swz In The Scope Specified Below. Note: The Scope Covered By The Design Documentation Is Wider Than The Scope Of Work Provided For In The First Stage.1) For The Valuation Of Water And Sewage And Central Heating Installation Works. Gas And Reconstruction Of The Gas Connection Along With Moving The Main Gas Valve To The Facade Of The Building, All Bill Of Quantities Items Should Be Taken Into Account.2) For The Valuation Of The Construction Part, Only Items 43-124, 189-204, 250-328 Of The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Taken Into Account.3) For The Valuation Of Electrical Works, Only The Items Relating To The Execution Of Electrical Installations In Bathrooms And Kitchens Of Apartments And The Execution Of The Lightning Protection Installation Should Be Taken Into Account, I.E.
