The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Nicolaus Copernicus Zs No. 1 Building In Order To Adapt It To The Needs Of Disabled People2. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Following Documents, Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Swz, Taking Into Account The Widest Scope Of Works Included In Any Of These Documents: 1) Construction Design - Constituting Annexes No. 5.1 - 5.3 To Swz,2) Detailed Design - Constituting Annex No. 6.1 - 6.2 To Swz,3) Errata To The Executive Design - Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz,4) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz, 5) Bills Of Quantities - Constituting Annex No. 9.1 - 9.3 To Swz,6) Decision On The Building Permit No. 319/2025 Of November 28, 2025 - Constituting Annex No. 10 To Swz.3. The Scope Of Construction Works To Be Carried Out Under The Subject Order Includes: 1) Construction Of An External Elevator, 2) Adaptation Of The Existing Ramp And Stairs At The Entrance To The Needs Of Disabled People To The Applicable Standards And Regulations In This Regard, 3) Reconstruction Of The Existing Sanitary Room On The Ground Floor Of The Building Into A Sanitary Room Adapted To The Needs Of Disabled People, Which Is The First Stage Of Adaptation Of The Building School Complex No. 1 For The Needs Of Disabled People. 4. The Remaining Scope Of Works, Resulting From The Developed Design Documentation, Related To The Replacement Of The Terracotta Tile Floor In The Ground Floor Corridor Of The Building With An Anti-Slip Pvc Flooring, The Replacement Of Internal Door Joinery And The Construction Of A Ramp At The Sports Hall, Will Be Performed In The Next Stage, Therefore The Contract In Question Does Not Cover The Implementation Of This Scope Of Works.
