1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Installation Works Related To The Arrangement Of The Financial Department Rooms In The Existing Building Of The Lędzina City Hall. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1, Annex No. 1A - Arrangement Design And Annex No. 1B - Bill Of Quantities To This Swz.2. The Ordering Party Allows Contractors To Carry Out A Local Inspection Of The Place Of Execution Of The Contract. Participation In The Site Visit Is Not Obligatory And Is Not A Condition For Submitting An Offer.3. The Site Visit Will Take Place On August 10, 2026 At 10:00 – 12:00 At The Place Of Order Fulfillment.4. In Order To Efficiently Organize The Site Visit, Contractors Are Asked To Notify Their Intention To Participate By August 7, 2026 To The E-Mail Address: L.Jacek@Ledzinypl Or M.Lorek@Ledziny.Pl5. The Ordering Party Recommends Carrying Out A Site Visit Before Submitting The Offer, As It Will Allow You To Become Familiar With The Terms Of The Order, In Particular The Layout Of The Rooms, Existing Construction And Installation Elements As Well As The Conditions For The Execution And Assembly Of Furniture.6. Failure To Participate In The On-Site Visit Does Not Constitute Grounds For Rejecting The Offer Or Has Any Other Negative Consequences For The Contractors.
