1. The Subject Of The Order Includes: Provision Of Services In The Field Of Purchasing Monthly Tickets For Students Transported To Schools And Kindergartens In The Mieleszyn Commune In The School Year 2026/2027.1.1. Estimated Number Of Children - 152 People.1.2. Estimated Number Of School Tickets – 152 X 10 Months = 1,520 Tickets. 1.3. Division Into Routes In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. Travel For Children And School Youth Should Be Provided On All Days Of School And Kindergarten Activities In The 2026/2027 School Year, Starting From September 1, 2026 To June 25, 20273. Transport Of Children And School Youth To School Facilities Must Be Ensured No Later Than 8.50. Children Should Be Transported No Earlier Than At 6.50. 4. Transport Of School Children And Teenagers After The End Of School Hours From Approx. 1:30 P.M. To 16.00. 5. Hours Listed In Point 3 And 4 Are Subject To Change. The Contractor Will Be Informed About Planned Changes At Least 3 Days Before Their Introduction. 6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Transported Students On Individual Lines Depending On The Needs Reported By Schools And Kindergartens, However, The Reduction In The Number Of Transported Students May Change During The 2026/2027 School Year - Up To 20%, An Increase In The Number Of Transported Students Of The Above-Mentioned. School Year May Amount To – 20%. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Reducing The Number Of Transported Children, And Thus Reducing The Number Of Monthly Tickets Ordered. 7. The Service Will Be Provided With The Contractors Fleet Based On Regular Transport In Accordance With The Principles Arising From The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport And The Act Of December 16, 2010 On Public Collective Transport. 8. Regular Communication Lines Must Be Organized In Such A Way As To Enable The Service To Be Provided Safely, Conveniently And In Accordance With Regulations And Lesson Plans In Individual Schools. 9. Buses Intended For The Execution Of The Contract Must Be Vehicles Approved For Traffic That Meet The Technical Conditions Required By Road Traffic Regulations, And The Drivers Have The Required Qualifications And Authorizations, Which Enables Safe Execution Of The Order. 10. The Contractor Bears All Costs Of Organizing Regular Transport Lines (Obtaining Permits, Publishing A Timetable, Fees For Using Stops, Etc.). 11. In The Event Of A Breakdown Of The Transport Vehicle, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Replacement Bus With The Parameters Of The Offer Bus. 12. The Contractor Is Liable For Any Damage Resulting From The Provision Of The Service That Is The Subject Of This Contract. 13. The Service In Question Includes All Activities And Related Costs Necessary For The Proper And Safe Transportation Of Children From Home To School In The Morning And From School To Home In The Afternoon, And In Particular Ensuring Safety During Care, Collecting Children From Parents/Guardians And Transferrin
