The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Two Different Concepts And Then The Development Of Comprehensive, Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Along With Investor Cost Estimates And Bills Of Quantities As Well As Detailed Technical Specifications For The Task Titled: Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Gymnasium At Primary School No. 17 In Jastrzębie-Zdrój. The Developed Design Documentation Should Include, In Particular: Sports Zone: • Gymnasium With Arena Dimensions Of 12 × 24 M And A Height Of Min. 6 M,• Internal Stage Integrated With The Hall,• Bleachers For Spectators (Folding System).• Sports Equipment Storage Room, Educational Area:• Social And Sanitary Facilities:• General Locker Room For Students.• Locker Room Complexes: 2X Locker Room For Girls, 2X Locker Room For Boys.• Sanitary Facilities: Separate Toilets For Girls And Boys, Separate Showers.• Room For Physical Education Teachers.• First Aid Room.Zone Technical And Economic:• Utility And Cleaning Rooms.• Technical Rooms. Basement: Taking Into Account The Guidelines Of The Emergency Shelter (Mds) On The Underground Floor.
