The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Monthly Tickets Enabling The Transport Of Students To Educational Institutions In The Rajgród Commune In The 2026/2027 School Year In Order To Fulfill The School Obligation Specified In Art. 32 Section 5 And Art. 39 Section 3 Of The Act Of December 14, 2016 - Education Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 820)2. The Monthly Ticket Guarantees That The Student Can Travel From The Bus Stop In The Town Of Residence To The Bus Stop At The School In The Rajgród Commune And From The Bus Stop Near The School To The Bus Stop In The Town Of Residence.3. Transport/Removal Of Students Based On Personal Monthly Tickets To Educational Institutions Will Be Carried Out On Regular (Publicly Available) Transport On School Days According To The Timetable Established By The Contractor In Consultation With The Ordering Party. The Timetable Should Provide For A Number Of Trips That Ensure At Least The Transportation Of Students From The Initial Stops Located At The Students Place Of Residence To The Educational Institutions And The Transportation Of Students From The Educational Institutions To The Stops Located At The Students Place Of Residence After The End Of Classes.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Implementation Conditions Are Set Out In Annex No. 9 To The Swz And The Draft Contract - Annex No. 4 To The Swz, Which Are An Integral Part Of This Swz.
