1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Backhoe Loader As Part Of A Subsidy From The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz) Is Specified In Chapter Ii And Is An Annex To The Specification Of Terms Of The Procurement (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz). 2. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Implemented On The Terms And Conditions Described In: 1) The Draft Provisions Of The Contract; 2) Detailed Description Of The Subject Orders (Sopz);3) Swz.3. Where The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier, Etc.) Of Materials Or Standards, Approvals, Specifications And Systems Referred To In The Act Are Indicated In The Swz And The Attached Annexes, The Ordering Party Informs That In Such A Situation The Provisions In Question Are Are Only Examples And Constitute An Indication For The Contractor Of The Features That The Materials Used To Implement The Subject Of The Order Should Have. Pursuant To Article 99(5) Of The Act, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers To Be Met By The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features (Including: Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Specify The Level Of The Ordering Partys Expectations In Relation To A Specific Solution. The Use Of Manufacturers/Product Names Is Only Exemplary, While Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier), A Specific Product Or Materials In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, At The Same Time Allowing For Equivalent Products At The Level Of Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Accepting Each Product With The Indicated Or Better Parameters.
