Full Name Of The Public Order: Supply Of Mineral Fertilizers And Plant Protection Product For The Needs Of The Professional High School Of Agrarian Economy In The City Of Dobrich Under Two Separate Positions: Separate Position No. 1 – Supply Of Mineral Fertilizers; Separate Item No. 2 – Supply Of Plant Protection Product The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of Mineral Fertilizers And A Plant Protection Product, Necessary For The Implementation Of The Agricultural Activities Of The Professional High School Of Agrarian Economy - Dobrich In The Economic Year 2026/2027, Including The Sowing, Feeding And Plant Protection Of The Cultivated Agricultural Crops. The Estimated Quantities Of Mineral Fertilizers And Plant Protection Products Are As Follows: Under Separate Item No. 1 – Supply Of Mineral Fertilizers: Ammonium Nitrate – 22,000 Kg (22 Tons); Complex Mineral Fertilizer Np 20-20 With Sulfur - 11,000 Kg (11 Tons); Under Separate Item No. 2 - Delivery Of Plant Protection Product - Insecticide With Active Substance Esfenvalerate 50 G/L, Ec Formulation (Sumi Alpha 5 Ec Or Equivalent) - 15 Liters. Deliveries Are Made In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Employer, The Technical Specification, The Terms Of The Contract And The Applicable Regulations. Specification: The Specified Quantities Of All Goods Under The Two Separate Items Are Estimated Maximum Quantities For The Duration Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Request Quantities According To Its Actual Needs, And Is Not Obliged To Request And Absorb The Full Estimated Volume. The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Claim Compensation, Lost Profits Or A Change In The Proposed Unit Prices When The Employer Does Not Declare The Entire Estimated Quantity. Deliveries Are Carried Out Periodically Or Once, Based On Specific Written Requests From The Contracting Authority Or A Person Authorized By Him, Within The Term Of The Contract And Until The Estimated Quantities Or The Maximum Financial Resource For The Respective Individual Item Are Exhausted, Whichever Of The Two Circumstances Occurs First.
