The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic For The District Office In Nowy Sącz In The Scope Of Accepting, Moving And Delivering Letter Items And Parcels In Accordance With The Postal Law And The Return Of Undelivered Parcels. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic Paid In Arrears. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Standards Established By The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, In Particular: 1) The Act Of November 23, 2012 - Postal Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 558) And Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis, 2) The Act Of June 14, 1960, Code Of Administrative Procedure (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1691) Regulating The Mode Of Delivery Of Documents Sent In Administrative Proceedings, 3) The Act Of November 17, 1964, The Code Of Civil Procedure (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 468, As Amended), 4) The Act Of August 29, 1997, Tax Ordinance (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 622, As Amended), 5) Acts Of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 793, As Amended), 6) Act Of August 30, 2002 - Law On Proceedings Before Administrative Courts (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 143, As Amended), 7) Contractors Regulations Regarding The Provision Of Services Covered By This Subject Of The Contract, With Provided That In The Event Of Any Conflicts Between The Contractors Postal Services Regulations And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Contract Concluded As A Result Of The Proceedings In Question, The Provisions Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Contract, Which Exclude The Provisions Of The Postal Services Regulations In This Respect, Shall Have Absolute Priority. The Provisions Of The Regulations Will Not Apply To The Extent That They Hinder Or Prevent The Implementation Of The Provisions Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Contract. Due To The Specificity Of Registered Shipments, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Comply With The Following Statutory Requirements In Relation To Official Documents In The Scope Of: A) Effects Of Sending The Letter (Power Of Delivery) - Including: • Art. 57 § 5 Point 2 Of The Code Of Administrative Procedure - The Deadline Is Deemed To Have Been Met If, Before Its Expiry, The Letter Was: (...) 2) Posted At A Polish Post Office Of The Operator Designated Within The Meaning Of The Act Of November 23, 2012 - Postal Law Or At A Post Office Of An Operator Providing Universal Postal Services In Another Member State Of The European Union, The Swiss Confederation Or A Member State Of The European Agreement On Free Trade (Efta) - Party To The Agreement On The European Economic Area;”• Art. 165 § 2 Code Of Civil Procedure - Submitting A Procedural Document At A Polish Post Office Of A
