Drilling And Boring Work Test - Construction Of Geothermal Wells Kutno Gt-1 And Kutno Gt-2, For The Investment Entitled: Construction Of A Geothermal Heating Plants In Kutno With Its Connection To The Eco Kutno Sp. Heating System. Z O.O.. The Subject Of This Order Is The Implementation Of Contract 1 In The Build Formula, I.E. Comprehensive Execution Of Drilling And Geological Works (Drilling, Casing, Cementing, Reinforcement) For The Kutno Gt-1 And Kutno Gt-2 Wells Based On The Geological Works Designs (Prg) And Stwiorb Provided By The Ordering Party, As Well As The Development Of The Operation Plan Of The Plant Performing Geological Works, Mobilization And Demobilization Of The Drilling Rig Along With Accompanying Infrastructure, Carrying Out Hydrogeological Tests, As Well As Full Demobilization Of The Base, Drilling Rigs And Final Recultivation Of The Area After The Completion Of The Works. The Subject Of The Order Has Been Divided Into Guaranteed Scope And Optional Scope And Will Be Implemented In Stages, In Accordance With The Material And Technological Division Specified In Detail In Point 1.1 Of Stwiorb And In § 1 Section 5 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Ppu – Part Ii Swz). The Guaranteed Scope Is The Comprehensive Execution Of Drilling And Geological Works For The Kutno Gt-1 Well And The Kutno Gt-2 Well In The Construction Variant Providing For The Diameter Of The Casing And Filter Pipe Columns In Variant Ii, Indicated In The Prg For Drilling The Kutno Gt-2 Well, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Geological Works Designs (Prg), Stwiorb And The Material And Financial Schedule (Hrf). Stage I Of The Guaranteed Scope Also Includes The Construction And Installation Of A Thermal Water Discharge Tank, In Accordance With The Valuation Included In The Offer Form. In Turn, The Optional Scope Is Provided For Under Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Employers Unilateral Right (Option Right) To Decide To Change The Construction Of The Kutno Gt-2 Borehole, Consisting In Absolute Resignation From The Implementation Of Variant Ii Provided For In The Guaranteed Scope, Described In The Prg, And Implementing In Its Place Variant I Of The Construction Of The Kutno Gt-2 Borehole, Described In The Prg, Which Results In An Appropriate Change In The Contractors Remuneration On The Balance (Differential) Principles Specified In The Prg. Agreement. The Right To Activate The Optional Scope May Be Exercised By The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Agreement, Within The Dates Specified In The Agreement. The Ordering Party Also Reserves The Right To Unilaterally Limit The Subject Of The Agreement (Including Resigning From Drilling The Kutno Gt-2 Well Or Resigning From Individual Tests, Measurements And Optional/Conditional Works) On The Terms Set Out In § 16A Of The Ppu, With The Effect Of Reducing The Contractors Remuneration To The Value Of The Work Actually And Duly Performed. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Presented In Part Iii Of The Swz, And Also Results From The Ppu (Part Ii Of The Swz).
