The Anticipated Amount Of Plane Tickets That Are Estimated To Be Purchased During The Entire Framework Agreement Is A Minimum Of 300 And A Maximum Of 4,000 Plane Tickets. For A Single Subsequent Contract Among Those To Be Awarded During The Framework Agreement, The Anticipated Quantity Is A Minimum Of One Ticket And A Maximum Of 20 Plane Tickets. Subsequent Contracts Will Comply With The Terms Of The Framework Agreement That Will Be Concluded In Compliance With The Specifications. The Estimated Value Of The Smallest Subsequent Contract Is 500 Lei. The Estimated Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract Is 50,000 Lei. The Award Criterion To Be Applied For Awarding Subsequent Contracts Is The Lowest Price Of The Requested Air Transport Services (Ts + Flight Fees + Ticket Price); If Several Plane Tickets Are Requested Through The Same Invitation To Participate In The Re-Offer, The Criterion Will Be The Lowest Total Price Related To All Plane Tickets Requested. Based On This Framework Agreement, Tickets Related To Projects With Non-Reimbursable External Financing Will Also Be Issued.
