System And Support Services – Technical Assistance And Development Service (Atir) Of The Zsi-Ulc Integrated It System. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Technical Assistance And Development (Atir) Of The Integrated It System Zsi-Ulc Created In The Project Called Improvement And Expansion Of The Integrated It System Zsi-Ulc Implemented Under The Digital Poland Operational Program For 2014-2020, Priority Axis No. Ii E-Administration And Open Government, Measure No. 2.2 Digitization Of Processes Back-Office In Government Administration, Provided For A Total Limit Of 6,365 (In Words: Six Thousand Three Hundred And Sixty-Five) Man-Hours During The Duration Of The Contract. The Main Purpose Of The Services In Question Will Be The Maintenance, Modification And Development Of Modules As Well As Field And Tool Components Of The Zsi-Ulc System In Accordance With The Scheme Contained In Chapter Iii Of Annex No. 2 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In Detail In This Swz And In The Annexes To The Swz, In Particular In The Opz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contains Any Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Of The Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Provided By A Specific Contractor - It Should Be Assumed That The Ordering Party Has Provided A Description With An Indication Of The Type And Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Legal Basis - Article 99(5) Of The Act). If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, It Should Be Treated Only As An Aid In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Equivalent Solutions Are Acceptable In Each Case. The Ordering Party Will Not Reject The Offer For Lack Of Compliance With The Above, Provided That The Contractor Proves In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Legal Basis - Article 101(5) Of The Act).
