Lubricating Oils And Lubricating Agents – T-130-25 Procurement Of Lubricants. Procurement Of Lubricants Within The Framework Of A Framework Purchase Agreement. Total Quantity (Planned): 22,569 Me (Db, L) /12 Months The Specified Quantities Were Determined Based On Previous Usage Experience, So-Called Empirical Quantities. The Experimental Quantities Were Given To Determine The Total Offer Price Without Value Added Tax For The Purpose Of A Well-Founded Assessment Of The Offers, The Quantities Procured Under The Contract May Differ From These Experimental Data. The Type And Technical Characteristics Of The Products Defined In The Table Have Been Determined Based On The Bidders Previous Orders, Which Data May Still Change As A Result Of The Negotiation(S) In The Second Bidding Stage Of The Procedure. In The Case Of The Specified Technical Parameters, The Tenderer May Also Allow A Certain Amount Of Deviation As A Result Of The Negotiation(S). In The Second, Bidding Stage Of The Procedure, To Check The Suitability Of The Offered Products, The Bidder Must Name The Manufacturer Of The Trade Name Of The Products, Provide The Manufacturers Article Number Of The Products, Or Other Data That Helps To Identify The Products (E.G. Product Manufacturers Drawing Number, Url Availability Of The Manufacturers Internet Catalog, Etc.). In The Case Of A Product Offered As Equivalent, A Data Sheet Containing (Also) The Technical Parameters Of The Product Or An Equivalent Document (E.G. Product Description) Must Be Submitted, From Which Compliance With The Technical Requirements Stipulated By The Bidder Can Be Established For The Bidder. The Quality Of The Product Offered As Equivalent May Be Better Than The Technical Requirement Prescribed By The Bidder For The Given Product. In Case Of Doubt, It Is The Obligation Of The Bidder To Prove Equivalence (And, Where Applicable, Better Quality) In The Second, Bidding Stage Of The Procedure.
