The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Supply A High-Resolution Uv Laser Lithography System For Direct Writing (Without Mask) On Photosensitive Polymers Which Will Operate In The Clean Room Environment Of The Xlim Laboratory. It Will Be Dedicated To The Implementation Of Scientific Projects From The Xlim Laboratory As Well As The Developments Of The Platinom Platform Of The University Of Limoges, Defined Within The Framework Of The Plafabad Project.
