Excavating And Earthmoving Work – Conversion And Expansion Of The Katharinen Primary School In Straelen - Outdoor Facilities And Sewerage System. The City Of Straelen Is Planning To Build A New Two-Story Grade House (Jgh Gfa 5,573 M²) And A Two-Story Administration Wing (Gfa 2,944 M²) As An Extension To The Existing School Building (Built In 1969 And 1992) For The Katharinen Primary School On The School Campus On Fontanestrasse. Both New Buildings Will Be Constructed Using A Timber Frame Construction. The Grade House Is Used Across Schools Within The Primary School And Includes Teaching And All-Day Areas For The Open All-Day School (Ogs) And The Reliable Half-Day School (Vht). The Administrative Wing Is Primarily Used By The Ogs Teaching Staff. To Connect To The Existing Building, Two Connecting Corridors Will Be Built, Which Will Connect The Administration Wing Directly To The Existing Parts Of The Building. The Construction Project Is Intended To Improve The Spatial And Organizational Situation Of The Katharinen Primary School And To Take The Increasing Number Of Students Into Account.
