Tenders are invited for Construction and Rehabilitation Works at Al-Aqsa Hospital - Ipc Phase Ii Service Location: Gaza Strip MAP Medical Aid for Palestinians announces an invitation to participate in a tender for the establishment of a sterilization room and rehabilitation of isolation rooms at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, as part of the "Second Phase of the Infection Control Project at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital", in accordance with the terms and specifications stated in the tender documents Accordingly, specialized companies wishing to participate can fill out the attached forms according to the following conditions: The applicant must be duly registered and have a valid commercial registration and a valid classification and registration with the Palestinian Contractors Union, with the necessary supporting documents attached to the offer. Prices must be in dollars based on zero invoice The bidder or part of the bidder must submit a Source-Exporter Discount Certificate and in case the supplier fails to provide this certificate, 10% of the contract value or its invoice will be withheld to be transferred to the Palestinian Tax Authority. Prices shall be inclusive of all works, materials, transportation, inspection, installation and delivery as per specifications, blueprints and bid documents. Prices must be valid for at least 60 days from the date the bid closes.
